Pricing and Preparation

Quilting with me is easy. No expensive options or fees.

 

  • Quilting is an affordable $.015 per square inch. 

  • Thread is currently FREE.

  • High quality Legacy Natural Blend Premier Quilt Batting 80% cotton / 20% polyester is currently FREE.

  • We can sew your binding to the quilt top for only $.07 an inch and we can also sew the back for $.05 an inch more. We use the machine ZigZag stitch.

  • Shipping is normal rates by USPS.

Please prepare your quilt carefully for the best results:

 

  1. Make sure the quilt is squared.

  2. Press the quilt and make sure it can lay flat, because anything puffy might be folded over by the machine. 

  3. Check for holes in the seams.

  4. Trim any loose threads.

  5. Make sure there are no embellishments such as buttons and sequins.

  6. Mark the top of the quilt top and backing with a safety pin.

  7. The backing must be at least 8 inches taller and wider than the quilt top.

  8. We will use the box you ship it in so make sure it can handle the increased volume of the batting.
